We have built relationships over the years with quality architects and/or will also collaborate with yours if you have one in mind. We also have a large bank of experienced professional sub-contractors to work with to make sure your project is approached and completed to the highest of standards.

We are a general contracting company with decades of construction management experience. We coordinate and oversee your project from day one to completion. We make your project's goals, your project's requirements.

How We Started

In 1979, after serving in the military, owner Tim Loungo was hired as a property maintenance supervisor. After 7 years and gaining the experience needed to move forward as an independent contractor. Tim partnered up with a friend and local contractor, in 1986, and established his first construction company, TnT. Tim, from the start, excelled in the construction field and developed many relationships and took on many roles and responsibilities along the way.

After receiving his contractors licences, Timco Builders Inc. was established. Tim also continued his education to be able to resolve and rebuild construction damages due to mold, storms and water. Timco Builders Inc also handles Fire damage restoration and specializes in time period construction, making the old new again with custom woodworking and fabrication capabilities.

A crucial role in construction, is construction management. Organizing and overseeing all aspects of a construction project as well as orchestrating all the necessary subcontractors needed for certain builds. With a reputation of quality craftsmanship and job performance, Timco Builders Inc is a superior general contractor company with the highest of standards and experience.
